Sunday party location changed to Wachtkamer 2e klasse, Platform 3a, Haarlem Railway Station.

Because we recently became the holders of the 100 year old waitingroom at platform 3a of the Haarlem railway station we are happy to announce we changed the location for the farewell party to this special location with great wooden floor and fantastic atmosphere.

Party starts at 20.30 hr and will by 'till 01.00

Dear Salsa festival participant, The 10th edition of the Haarlem Salsa Festival will soon take off!
Here you will find some important information about the festival.

Registration
If you booked and paid for a workhop and/or Party Pass,  a Bar code ticket has been send to you by e-mail.  
Please show a copy of the Bar code ticket  at the registration desk, you will receive a bracelet which gives you the right to enter at workhops and/or parties.

Registration desk openings hours
- Saturday and Sunday Oct 24 + 25: 10.00 till 11.30 hr in Philharmonie (if you paid for a Sat of Sun Pass)
- If for a Full Pass (10 workshops + 3 parties) or Party Pass (3 parties),
you can use your ticket with barcode to enter the Official Openingsparty in the Patronaat and register Saturday in the Philharmonie

Shows on Saturday
The Grand Party on saturday will take place in the lobby of the Philharmonie.
Attention: the shows (22.30 till 23.30 hr) will take place in the theater on the first floor
If you want to see the shows in this theater, please come early! First come, first to go! (416 seats)
In the mean time, the Grand Party in the lobby starts at 22.00 hr, where you can dance and see the shows on a big screen.

Food and drinks
- mineral water for free during the workshops, drinks you can buy at the bar of the Philharmonie.
- during the lunchbreack (13.45 till 14.30) you can buy drinks and sandwiches
- In the evening you can find a large range of restaurants around the Philharmonie to eat.

Where to park your car
- Friday for the Patronaat:  Parking De Raaks (entrance: Wilhelminastraat: 09.00-20.30 uur: 1,70 euro, 20.30-09.00 uu: free parking)
- Sat and/or Sun in the Philharmonie:  Parking De Appelaar (08.00-23.00: 1,50 euro per 40 min,  and  23.00-08.00 uur: 2,50 euro for the night)
